Return & Refund Policy

At Amorah Hair, each unit is carefully prepared with quality, hygiene, and personalization in mind. Due to the nature of our products, the following policy applies:

Medical wigs, cranial prostheses, custom wigs, and made-to-order units are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or refunds once shipped.

Non-custom, ready-to-ship wigs may be eligible for exchange only under the following conditions:

• The request is made within 48 hours of delivery
• The wig is unused, unworn, and unaltered
• Lace is not cut, adhesive has not been applied, and the unit has not been styled
• Original packaging and tags are intact

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an error was made by Amorah Hair.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Custom wigs
• Medical wigs or cranial prostheses
• Altered, worn, or installed units
• Clearance or sale items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos.
